You'll send a brief overview of your challenge. I review it before we meet — no surprises, no wasted time in the session itself.
90-minute focused session
We'll dig into the real issue. What's working, what isn't, and why. I ask questions more than I talk.
Written recap (within 48 hours)
You'll get a written summary of the session, key insights, and the recommended path forward. Something you can reference and share with your team.
30 minute follow-up session
After you've had time to sit with the recommendations, you get one follow-up question via email — no charge.
Clear recommendation
You'll leave with a clear next step. Not a proposal, not a pitch — just honest direction based on what we uncovered.
Open to retainer conversation
If we're a fit and you want ongoing partnership, we'll talk about it. If not, you're done. No pressure.

That's the norm, not the exception. Most people book because they know something's off, but they can't articulate what. When you book, I'll send you a simple intake form. If you're stuck there too, just write what you're feeling. I'll ask the clarifying questions during the session — that's part of what I do.

Great question. If a monthly retainer makes sense (ongoing creative direction, not just a one-time session), we can talk about it. But there's no obligation. The session is designed to stand alone.

90 minutes is enough time to get to clarity on one core challenge. If you have multiple challenges, we prioritize the most urgent one. The follow-up question is there for anything that surfaces after.

Cancel up to 48 hours before for a full refund. If you cancel closer to the session, we can reschedule to a future date (within 90 days).
