About IEA

IEA came to us looking for a new internal brand message for their hiring campaign. After a year-long overhaul on their company culture, it seemed fitting that a new strategic campaign for their hiring market was in order. Our recommendations of a customer journey in order to ensure a strong campaign was enthusiastically received and our concept was able to come to life. This concept encompasses the idea of building the excitement and anticipation for the opportunity to work at IEA.

Taking cues from the colon in the “Build the Future” slogan, it leverages a slight sense of mystery, sparking questions - “What can I build at IEA?” and “What is next for me?”. Visually, the colon becomes a prominent brand element, used in creative and unexpected ways to highlight the exciting things that are in store for prospective candidates.
