The Process
In our time with IG, spanning 2017 to 2021, we walked every step with them to bring to light the hope and change of their culture to their consultants and people. The company had an urgent need to give their people all new material. This included all collateral, digital guides for IGU, a website redesign, a new intranet, social media campaigns, swag, even murals on the exterior of offices. We worked with every division in strategy and creation, especially their continuing education program to meet their noble request.
Their new branding has resulted in acquiring new clients, building 30% more to consultants base, retaining employees by creating more opportunity and inclusion for their people through their Diversity program, Sustainability Council, Women’s Leadership Council, IG Family Foundation, and Titan program which rewards their employees who most reflect their shared values.

In early 2018, the company decided to rebrand after nearly 15 years of grass-roots marketing. They realized they needed to update. When in the midst of the 2020 pandemic, society and culture made a radical change. Their recent rebrand needed to adapt as well, from a more corporate feel to a more hopeful message that reflected their internal mantra to the world - “Be the Light”.
